Waxing Lyrical About Waxing
An age old favourite, waxing is a semi-permanent form of hair removal that can be used on a variety of different places on the body, including face, eyebrows, pubic area, legs, arms, back, abdomen and even feet. The process uses warm wax, which is spread over the client with a tongue depressor or spatula. A piece of porous cloth is then applied and quickly removed from the area, pulling the hairs from the root.
If you practice waxing, you’ll already know some of the risks that can be involved with the treatment. From allergic reactions to damaged skin, there are a host of side effects that clients could sue your business for should the treatment go wrong in some way.
To keep yourself, and your business protected, we’ve designed our Salon Gold Beauty Therapist insurance policy to include treatment liability cover. This means, if something goes wrong during the treatment, you’d still be covered by your policy, so you can feel free to wax away, knowing that your dream, and your business, are fully protected by our cover.
