Stories from Arabia is the largest platform encompassing elite fashion designers from Arabia during London Fashion Week; founded by Jalila Elmastouki, SFA’s vision is to highlight and expose the incredible work of designers from Arabia.
Hailed as one of the original creators of glamourous evening wear, Atelier Zuhra’s first denim line debuted during London Fashion Week at the W Hotel, one of the city’s most coveted hot spots. Rayan Alsulaimani designed and developed a capsule collection with garments jewelled with the finest Swarovski crystals in an array of silver, gold or red.
Jamie Stevens led the hair team to create looks meeting the 70s disco vibe with a twist. Jamie used Hot Tools and L’Oreal Professionnel to create a mix of textures, from tight fluffed out curls to sleek back ponytails.

The couture house was founded in 2015 by Mousa Alawfi, her daughter Rayan took over shortly afterwards. She opened Dar al Aufi boutique in Duai, offering in-house eveningwear and bridal designs, and started to build a regional clientele who gravitated towards her enthusiasm for maximalist glamour. In a short time, voluminous and extravagant gowns became the lexicon for Atelier Zuhra.
