Lois knows that time is money but quality is key, so how do you make sure that you are optimising your appointment book but protecting your service quality. Lois is here to share her advice.
“As an educator I frequently get asked for advice on managing timings during the service while ensuring that the work is of a consistently high standard. I have a reputation for being fast and efficient while delivering quality results every time. Without doubt much of this comes with practice and experience but there are key ways in which you can begin to push down your timings and push up your standards. I would recommend breaking down each step of your nail process in bite size slices of time. This will allow you to then allocate a certain amount of time within every part of the step-by-step process, meaning that you are going to be able to complete your nail sets within a set goal time. It means that you can retain quality through each step too and as you become more confident your timing will slowly decrease without quality of results and service suffering.”
