The Sun tested out Ribena hair dye

The alternative hair dye we have reported out earlier this week has been tested out by The Sun. Free from harsh chemicals the hair dye is being seen as a non toxic alternative to hair dye that can deliver amazing results.

The hair dye is able to create violets, blues, reds, pinks and even browns from the simple berry, The Sun writer Mared Parry decided to go with a mixture of bubblegum pink and peachy pink weaved throughout her hair.

Mared’s hair was bleached for the process to ensure a proper dye of hair, her hair was then sectioned and had the dye applied.

“I was, and still am delighted with the result, it’s quite hard to believe that this all came from some Ribena berries and that no harmful chemicals were used whatsoever- a far cry away from my usual toxic hair dye. My hair didn’t feel dry like it normally does after getting my hair done, it left it feeling really light and healthy” said Mared

The hair dye will be available to both salons and consumers towards the end of the year.
