The hair and beauty industry have certainly experienced a busy month, with a host of new and exciting products launched to the salon market. At Salon Gold, we’ve done our research and have selected some new products we think will be a hit.

L’Oréal Mythic Shimmer Oil

This multi-purpose oil enhanced with mineral glitters creates a shimmering veil for both the hair and body. Infused with a rich blend of sesame and almond oil and enriched with vitamins E and F, it boasts healing and soothing properties which provide suppleness and smoothness to the skin and hair.

Diva Rapida 4000 Pro

Create impactful styles in no time with 15% more power and 15% higher airflow, courtesy of this new hairdryer. The 2200W Diva Rapida 4000 Pro includes a true cold shot, two fast-dry slim styling concentrators, four heat options and two speed settings to create an individual styling experience. It also boasts an AC long-life motor, a three-metre long cord and super-tough nylon housing. The Rapida 4000 Pro is available in Blush, Violet and Magenta colours.

Maria Nila

Haircare brand, Maria Nila, has launched a new range of shampoos and conditioners suitable for three hair types. Each one is 100% vegan, sulphate and paraben-free.

“Structure repair” moisturises and strengthens damaged, dry and chemically treated hair with its repairing algae extract, as well as reducing loss of colour.

“Sheer silver” is suitable for both blonde and dark hair. The violet pigments neutralise golden shades and the blackberry extract brings added shine and moisture.

“Pure volume” is perfect for detangling manes. It softens and moisturises the hair without weighing it down, and the vitamin B5 it contains adds volume and vitality to fine locks.

Matrix SoColor Cult

SoColor Cult is Matrix’s new hair colour range, consisting of both semi-permanent and tone-on-tone technology. The vibrant and long-lasting dyes offer a complete spectrum of colour longevities for customisable results.

The palette of 12 intermixable shades boast the highest ever concentration of dyes, with a super-conditioning formula built into every one. Their cream gel texture means they are easy to apply for even and consistent results.

Colours include Clover Green, Lucky Duck Yellow, Orange Alert, Clear, Marble Grey, Disco Silver, Flamenco Fuchsia, Royal Purple, Admiral Navy, Mermaid Teal, Sparkling Rose and Red Hot.

BeautyPro Hair Therapy deep conditioning hair mask

This intense, deep conditioning hair mask revitalises dry, frizzy and damaged hair. Once applied, it locks in heat which helps penetrate the ingredients deep into the hair for a rich and nourishing treatment. Suitable for all hair types and colours, the conditioning serum enriched with Argan oil and Jojoba seed oil leaves hair feeling soft and silky in just 15 minutes.

Which of these hair products will you be adding to your treatment list? Share your thoughts with us on Facebook and Instagram.
