Remedial and sports massage is the practice of applying structured or unstructured pressure, tension, motion, or vibration to the soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, joints and lymphatic vessels, either manually or with mechanical aids, to achieve a beneficial response.

As a profession, Remedial & Sports Massage is relatively low risk but you do need to protect yourself and your business.
