A swiss ball is an exercise ball constructed of elastic soft PVC with a diameter of approximately 35 to 85 centimetres (14 to 34 inches) and filled with air. As a profession, Body Conditioning / Swiss Ball is relatively low risk but you do need to protect yourself and your business.
