As children, we all loved having our faces painted. Whether it was at the school fair, at a friend’s birthday party or at the theme park, there was such a joy to be had in getting to dress up as a tiger, a butterfly or even our childhood hero. But as adults, face painting seems to become a bit too childish – suddenly we’re all too old to have our faces painted unless its Halloween or a fancy dress party. The magic is gone.
