Karine Jackson is on a mission to remove single-use plastics from her hair and beauty salon and is encouraging others to do the same. We attended her event to hear what she had to say about getting her team and clients onboard and how she had been influenced by BBC reporter and journalist Lucy Siegle, author of Turning The Tide On Plastic, to do a plastic assessment identifying exactly what was coming into the salon.
