It might just be one of the most important manicures of your life, so your bridal nails require just a little more thought than any other weekend mani. Some brides want simple and neutral, some want natural, yet perfect and some want to pair their pure white gown with a statement manicure that is sure to stand out.

Whether you’re doing a traditional ceremony or a casual beach party, here, we take a look at some of the hottest bridal nail trends right now.

French ombre

The classic French manicure has always been a popular choice for brides, pairing perfectly with all looks. However, the French manicure has now taken a trendy leap into ombré. Blending the pink and white into a smooth fade, rather than a sharp tip, the look is more natural than ever.

Pretty in pink

Pink nails work beautifully with a light skin tone, and paired with a white dress, it’s a particularly feminine bridal look. Keeping the hue soft and pretty will avoid a harsh or over-the-top finish.

Contemporary, yet neutral

Choosing pink hues for your bridal nails doesn’t always have to mean traditional. Why not team it with a flash of pure white and even some abstract or minimalistic, on-trend nail art to create a contemporary version of the pretty, natural look.

A little bit of lace

Pairing beautifully with a lace gown or veil, the lace bridal manicure is gaining momentum when it comes to bridal trends. Working perfectly on both long and short nails, it’s all about the intricate nail art when it comes to nailing this look, so ensure you do your research and head to the best nail tech for the job.

Something blue

A contemporary way to add some tradition to your look, many brides are opting to add a slice of blue to their manicures. With a plethora of beautiful shades to choose from, including both bold, electric blue to super-soft and feminine baby blues, it could well be the perfect way to add a flash of colour to an all-white bridal look.

Add a little sparkle

Your wedding is one day for which you can never be too dressed up. And if that’s the case, why not go a little OTT with a crystal manicure, perfect to pair with either a simple or overtly glamorous dress. With the use of real Swarovski crystals at most nail salons now, you can be sure to create something truly special for your big day. Whether you opt for all over crystals or a touch of sparkle, different on every nail, don’t be afraid to ensure your nails steal the spotlight.

You’ll be looking at your wedding pictures for the rest of your life, so ensure you choose wisely when it comes to your nail colour. A bright statement colour could add just the right touch of fun to your bridal look, but you might not love it a few years down the line. Natural and neutral is always a popular choice for brides, but is simple too simple for your personal style. A little research on Instagram and Pinterest is sure to get your inspiration flowing and make sure you trial run with your nail technician to make sure that everything is just right on the day.

Hi
I am on a 200h yoga therapy training course in Greece.
The lady that runs the course is, in my view, qualified and experienced enough to run this course, but has not got the stamp of approval from a certifing profession body (eg. IYN or YA) for the specific course, though she has that authority for other yoga courses that do not have the term THERAPY in them.
Because of that she runs the course as a CPD (continuous personal development) course.
She also does not hold a liability insurance as a teacher trainer outside Yoga Alliance.
Where do I stand with my Hatha Yoga Teacher certificate about getting insurance (or upgrading my existing policy) to start practicing as a Yoga Therapist?
Please advise
