Mark Hayes is International Creative Director at House of Sassoon, and began his lifelong love affair with hair as an apprentice at the Sassoon Salon on South Molton Street, London in 1977. After completing the Sassoon apprentice programme, Mark became a stylist in the chic Sloane Square salon in 1979. Here he shares why the brand’s latest launch, Gender-Neutral education, is setting a new standard in learning.
